visual journalist: freehand perspective drawing

Description

A journalist is a person who keeps a journal. This workshop series gives a journalist concrete tools to create a journaling practice and fill rich visual journal pages with a variety of techniques. This catalog of techniques enables the journalist to have many options when challenged with capturing their journeys whether they are nearby or far away. This workshop will demonstrate and explain a technique for drawing one- and two-point freehand perspective drawings. Other techniques demonstrated in this workshop will be composition, drawing freehand straight lines, and accurately measuring your environment with just a pencil or a pen.
